Theme:  Song for Haiti “Finish the Story”

Author: FIREKEEP

I spent a week in Haiti a couple years ago painting a school etc. The nation is extremely poor. Too poor for words. I have many pictures from this trip and will post some over the coming days.

It is our desire that this song remind you to pray for Haiti, and the recovery, and to praise God for the miracles that will come out of this tragedy.

You can find the song and a simple prayer on the “Firekeep” podcast
(Yearn, Faint, Cry… WORSHIP Ps 84:2 [ FIREKEEP.com ]
or you can download the song and prayer here:

or just the song here: Song For Haiti

Please pray for Haiti. May God Have Mercy.

Also the organization I went to Haiti with is: http://imohaiti.org
Should you choose to consider donating anything. They are a Christian organization that has been on Haiti for many years.

What does love look like?

To someone starving,

To a tribesman on the other side of the world

To an American with no job

To my spouse

To my kids

To my neighbor

(inspired by Katie Rateje of iris ministries) on Facebook as Katharine Hilditch. (she got married and hasn’t changed her name yet)

She works full time as a missionary with Iris Ministries in mozambique Africa, along with her husband Jacinto Rateje and their two awesome kids.

I invite you to spend a minute and “friend” them on Facebook. And if you’re really feeling adventurous in love offer your financial or prayer support.
